NOOR NADHIRAH BINTI MOHD ZULKERNAIN
Noor is an Advocate & Solicitor admitted to the Bar in 2021. She completed her pupillage at Messrs Wajdi Mohammad Yusri & Co where she gained experience in litigation works especially on winding-up and debt recovery matters involving Majlis Amanah Raya (MARA), commercial and corporate documentation, banking security documentation, and company secretarial services and lodgment with SSM.
From 2022 to 2024, she practised at Messrs Abdul Malik & Lawrence Tan, where she led the reconstruction and reconciliation of security documents for CIMB Bank. Her practice also covers residential and commercial sub-sale transactions, banking transactions as well as tenancy and lease agreements.

MAIZATUL AKMAM BINTI ABDUL WAHAB
Maiza graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) in 2001 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2002. She began her legal career in 1999, gaining early exposure to civil litigation, and later completed her pupillage at Messrs Khairul Azman Noorzilan & Partners, where she developed experience in conveyancing and corporate matters.
Maiza’s practice focuses on conveyancing, including project developments, residential and commercial sub-sale transactions, and corporate and property financing and refinancing. Her work also covers simple litigation and the drafting and vetting of various commercial agreements for both local and foreign companies.
